iclub Hotels is the first hotel brand in Hong Kong using Mobile Key. With the room key installed to your mobile phone, you can gain access to your room quickly, safely and easily without having to check in at the front desk. Please follow the instructions below for the setup.

Instruction for Mobile Key Users

1. Please click the appropriate icon below to download the "iclub Hotels Moblie Key" App(skip to step 3 if the app is already installed on your smartphone)

2. Enter the "iclub Hotels Mobile Key" App
   
3. Complete the registration process (Please use the same email when you made your reservation)
   

1. You will see your hotel reservation on the App. Pre check-in should be available.
   
2. Press "Check-in is open"
   
3. Select your arrival time and then press "Done".  Please ensure pre-check-in is completed before your arrival.
   

Turn on the App, you will receive your assigned room number when the room is ready.

Activate the App for accessing the elevator

1. Turn on Bluetooth to use mobile access
   
2. Enter the "iclub Hotels Mobile Key" App
    
3. Place your smartphone on the sensor in the elevator
   
4. You will see the indicator light blinking green
5. When the indicator light turns solid green without blinking, press your room floor button
6. If the light stays blinking green, go back to Step 2 and try again

1. Turn on Bluetooth to use mobile access
2. Enter the "iclub Hotels Mobile Key" App
3. Place your smartphone on the sensor in front of the door lock
   
4. You will see the indicator light blinking green
5. When the indicator light turns solid green without blinking, please open the room door
6. If the light stays blinking green, go back to Step 2 and try again
