• Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian.
• Supplementary charge per night will be applied during fair period, festive days and eves.
• The above rate is applicable to a consecutive stay of 30 nights only. Extra day(s) is charged at best available rate of the day.
• The above rates are in Hong Kong dollars and inclusive of the 10% service charge and subject to Government Tax (if applicable).
• The above rate is only applicable to new booking. All reservations under long staying package are required for pre-paying for the rental of a whole month, which are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service.
• The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers.
• Reservations must be made in advance.
• All gifts are available on a first-come-first-served basis. 
• No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the booking is confirmed and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of iclub Mong Kok Hotel shall be final and conclusive.

• As part of Regal’s initiative on sustainability, we strive to minimize the occurrence of environmental pollution in our business activities.
• With the new regulation on disposable plastic products starting on 22 April 2024, disposable plastic toiletries and in-room plastic-bottled water will no longer be provided in hotels for free. All Regal Hotels will supply eco-friendly alternatives instead. Meanwhile, we also highly encourage guests to bring their own toiletries.
