客人透過智能電話門匙服務可利用個人智能電話開啟客房門鎖，過程簡便，無須要浪費時間在酒店大堂等候登記。此服務現已適用於富薈尚乘上環酒店。

Based on the room availability, you will receive a text message on your mobile phone prior to the normal checking time.
This message will include your room number and instruction to obtain your room key.
User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and iclub Hotels and applies to your use of the “Mobile Key Check-In Service” through iclub Hotels. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. In addition, you must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions for the use of the “Mobile Key Check-In Service”.
User Agreement
I understand and agree that for any guaranteed arrival of reservation, once I consent to the use of the “Mobile Key Check-In Service”, a HKD$300 credit limit per room per night will be temporarily withheld by iclub Hotels from my credit card and that such credit limit will only be used for the settlement of any incidental charges during my stay at the hotel upon check-out.
I hereby certify that the credit card information (card number, expiration date, cardholder’s name) and my personal information provided herein are valid.
I agree that additional charges may be incurred for using the “Mobile Key Check-In Service” by my respective telecommunications service providers. I agree and accept that iclubl Hotels holds no responsibility for any such costs incurred.
I understand that my personal mobile device (Wi-Fi or 3G enabled mobile devices) registered for the “Mobile Key Check-In Service” should be turned on and connected to available local data network on the check-in day in order to receive all related messages and information. I agree and accept that iclub Hotels holds no responsibility for any extra charges incurred should any related messages and information fail to reach my designated mobile device as a result of any failure on my designated mobile device.
I understand that smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas of iclub Hotels and agree to a cleaning fee of HK$2,000 for any violation of such prohibition.
I understand and agree that my liability for payment is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of the charges incurred by me at iclub Hotels.
I understand and agree that the personal information, including name, telephone number, address and email provided herein will be used by iclub Hotels for providing billing service and direct marketing promotions and by third party service providers for conducting online guest satisfaction surveys.

I understand and agree that iclub Hotels reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions of “Mobile Key Check-In Service” without prior notice to me.

I understand and agree that should any dispute arise in relation to the above Terms and Conditions, the decision of iclub Hotels shall be final and conclusive.
