Terms and Conditions
- Minors under the age of 17 can only stay in shared rooms with a parent or legal guardian
- Package is valid from now until 31 August, 2023 inclusive and booking applicable to reservations made by new booking only.
- 5 days advance reservation is required
- Only a maximum of 2 guests and 1 fully vaccinated pet (dog or cat) are allowed to stay in per room
- The weight of each pet should not exceed 10 kg
- Pet(s) should always be kept on leash or in bag or cage in public areas
- Designated floor is assigned to accommodate guests and pet(s)
- Pet(s) must not be left unattended in room
- No bathing in the hotel room for your pet(s) is allowed
- Please limit the noise that could be caused by your pet(s). Guests are liable for any damage or noise caused by the pet during their stay. Corresponding fee will be applied for any damage caused
- Additional request for room cleaning service during the stay will be charged
- Pet entry to hotel is applicable to the above package only
- The above rates are only applicable to a consecutive stay of 30 days.
- The above rates are NETT, inclusive of 10% service charge
- All Long staying packages do not qualify for earning Regal Rewards points.
- No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the Promotional Rate you’ve confirmed. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in full charge of full period of stay booked.
- Supplementary charge applies to reservations during public holidays and trade fair seasons.
- The promotion offer is valid on selected dates and room categories only
- All rooms and privileges are subject to availability and may change without prior notice
- All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service.
- No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the room reservation confirmed, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your credit card at time of confirmation and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment
- In case of any disputes, iclub Fortress Hill Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
