- No food and barbecue ingredients are provided by hotel
- All privileges cannot be transferred, accumulated, or redeemed for cash, other product or service

- No cancellation and amendment is allowed once the room reservation and the Club House facilities are confirmed, a full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay has been charged to your credit card at time of confirmation and failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment
