Mobile Key Instruction
“iclub Mobile Key” Service User Instruction :
iclub Hotels is the first hotel brand in Hong Kong using Mobile Key. With the room key installed to your mobile phone, you can gain access to your room quickly, safely and easily without having to check in at the front desk. Please follow the instructions below for the setup.
Your assigned room number will be sent to you by app on your check-in date.

Instruction for Mobile Key Users
Download the app

Please click the appropriate icon below to download the “iclub Hotels Mobile Key” App (skip to step 3 if the App is already installed on your smartphone)
Apple
Android -
Enter the “iclub Hotels Mobile Key” App

Complete the registration process (Please use the same email when you made your reservation)
72 Hours Prior to Check-In

You will see your hotel reservation on the App. Pre check-in should be available.

Press “Check-in is open”

Select your arrival time and then press “Done”. Please ensure pre-check-in is completed before your arrival.
On Your Check-In Date
Turn on the App, you will receive your assigned room number when the room is ready.
Upon Arrival to Hotel
Activate the App for accessing the elevator

Turn on Bluetooth to use mobile access

Enter the “iclub Hotels Mobile Key” App

Place your smartphone on the sensor in the elevator
- You will see the indicator light blinking green
- When the indicator light turns solid green without blinking, press your room floor button
- If the light stays blinking green, go back to Step 2 and try again
Activate the app for entering the guest room
- Turn on Bluetooth to use mobile access
- Enter the “iclub Hotels Mobile Key” App

Place your smartphone on the sensor in front of the door lock
- You will see the indicator light blinking green
- When the indicator light turns solid green without blinking, please open the room door
- If the light stays blinking green, go back to Step 2 and try again
If you cannot open the door or access your guest floor in the elevator, please contact the Front Desk for assistance.
