In order to protect the safety of passengers, HK Tramways may temporarily change the arrival and departure time, adjust the service content or cancel the service due to road conditions and other factors without notice.
Child tickets are available for children aged 4 to 11 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour. Children below the age of four, if accompanied by an adult and not occupying a seat, will be carried free of charge. No more than one child could be carried free of charge for an adult.
Guests shall arrive at the departure station ten minutes before the departure time to queue up for check-in. An e-Voucher and a valid identification shall be presented upon boarding.
Altered, invalid or photocopied tickets will not be accepted. Replacements will not be available.
Payment is non-refundable.
